Feldspar Raymond Mill

Feldspar Raymond Mill is mainly composed of main unit, analyzer, fan, dischargeing cyclone separator, powder cyclone separator and air duct. Among them, the main unit consists of frame, blow shell, shovel, grinding roller and grinding ring.

Working principle
Centrifugal force presses the rollers tightly against the ring. Material fed between them is crushed into powder and propelled by a fan into an analyzer. Fine particles pass through to a cyclone separator, while coarser ones are recycled for re-grinding. The system operates in a sealed, circulating manner.
